Cupcake...

Cupcakes? Sound yummy.. In this kind of weather (raining), felt lazy to go out. So, i decide to post all sort of cupcakes i made before. Been tasted by my friends, family and even my students, they loving it. Hmmmphhh.. I can open a bakery oredy.. Yippiee!!!

Most of the recipes i get from youtube and baking books. Kudos to 'Youtube' for being my great mentor.. ;) I don't have problem in baking. I learned from scratch. As an amateur baker, there will always trial and error. Perhaps these will lead to a perfect outcome tho not as good as a pro baker.

Baking? I don't have problem on that. Decorate them, is the messy part. I mean with the buttercream topping, sprinkles, chocolate and all sort edible things. It needs passion and time to decorate such a lovely cupcake. I tried buttercream, fresh cream, chocolate ganache, fondant and icing glaze, it turns out so yummy and delicious. Especially when it comes to chocolate ganache. Well, tell me, who on earth won't drool by looking at chocolate? Hehe...

Welcome back Eve...

Hi.. It's been ages I didn't update my blog. It took me a year just to come back. Dang!! I'm totally forgot that i have this site.. Blame it to the aging process.. hehe..

   2012.. A new year, new me and everything is new. I hope so.. Adding to that, i have new pet. Named it Goku. An adorable , playful but coward kitten. Isn't he such a cute one?

Missing Mr Sun

I peeked from my study room's window. Couldn't find my Mr Sun... Seem He been hiding himself for these 2 days. The drizzling rains changed to should-i-called cats and dogs rain. I'm not saying that i don't appreciate what God had created. Just that i don't want Mr Flood pay another visit like what he had done last two years back. The first time i ever watched the whole entire place sunk. No water, no electricity ...... There was no way out, stranded in my own place for few days.

I felt pity to see someone house sunk in the water for few days, damaging all their belongings. I'm lucky that just my kitchen area affected. The kids really enjoying themselves that include ME, playing with the water and never thought in our mind how dangerous the water could be. I learnt to catch fish using what i called as 'pukat' and watching all the fishes makes me happy. Kinda a therapy, think so.
